Ask the candidates
What would you ask the candidates vying to be the next leader of the United Nations?
On Friday 3 June, members of the global public will have a chance to quiz Secretary-General candidates at an historic debate in London.
António Guterres (Portugal), Vuk Jeremić (Serbia) and Igor Lukšić (Montenegro) will go head-to-head in front of a live audience and face pre-submitted questions from the audience and from the public at large.
Submit your question using the form opposite, or via Twitter using the hashtag: #SGdebate.
The best question will be rewarded with a free ticket to the debate, and will be included in the interactive session with candidates (please see the terms and conditions below).
You do not have to be a ticketholder for this event in order to submit a question. However, if you would like the opportunity to ask your question in person, click here to book your place.
Questions must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 27 May to be considered.
This event has been organised by UNA-UK in partnership with the Guardian, Future UN Development System Project (CUNY Graduate Center) and the Embassy of Denmark.Terms and conditions
